A public pharmaceutical platform company

Vicapsys Life Sciences, Inc. (OTC: VICP) is headquartered in Miami, Florida, with operations in San Juan, Puerto Rico. On September 3, 2026 it completed its merger with Stateline Distributors of Puerto Rico, Inc., a licensed wholesale drug distributor, which is now a wholly owned subsidiary.

Who we are

The company serves the markets the national wholesalers have never prioritized: rural, tribal, Indian Health Service, Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense and Puerto Rico. It does so by combining three things under one public company: licensed wholesale distribution, federal contracting access through a tribal 8(a) teaming partner and owned FDA-approved products.

Stateline is the operating base every other part plugs into. It holds the Puerto Rico wholesale drug distributor and specialty biologics licenses, serves more than 400 active healthcare accounts on the island and, through its title-model agreement with Drugzone Pharmaceuticals and venture alliances with other large-scale distributors, has access to more than 15,000 pharmaceutical SKUs across all 50 states.

The company we are building

Products we own, delivered through licenses we hold, into channels where we have a contracting advantage.

Own

A portfolio of acquired, FDA-approved brands that larger companies have set aside, relaunched through channels we control, with no new clinical risk.

Deliver

Licensed distribution in Puerto Rico and all 50 states, brand supply at DACO pricing, one DSCSA chain of custody to the point of care.

Contract

A recurring book of federal and tribal awards at IHS, VA and DoD for products for which Vicapsys is the only approved source.

2026 so far, and what comes next

Targets are management estimates and depend on closings, FDA review and financing.
